Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required to secure a session.
  • Follow-up readings may be scheduled separately.

Preparation Requirements
For new readings, clients must provide date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth either during booking or at least 48 hours before the session. Additional information can be added to the booking form’s notes section.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Sessions canceled with at least 48 hours notice may be rescheduled.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours or missed sessions may not be refunded.
  • Refunds are at the discretion of Carmen Astrology.

Use of Information
All information provided during readings is treated confidentially. Carmen Astrology does not sell or share personal details with third parties except as necessary for payment processing or delivering services.

Accuracy & Advice

  • Astrology readings are for personal guidance and self-awareness.
